About

Dr. Janet Lin is a Professor of Emergency Medicine at the University of Illinois College of Medicine, Chief Strategy Officer at UI Health, and Director of Health Systems Development in the Center for Global Health. Her work focuses on health systems development and transformation, with emphasis on social and global emergency medicine, public health, and humanitarian response. Dr. Lin’s academic and leadership efforts aim to strengthen emergency care systems and expand equitable access to health services in resource-limited settings. Through global collaborations and community engagement, her research and policy initiatives integrate emergency medicine, public health, and systems innovation to advance health equity worldwide.
