Hobbies: Group fitness classes, photography, dance, and exploring Chicago (new restaurants, street festivals, rooftops, bars, clubs, museums, beaches, exploring new neighborhoods, trails, city events, etc)
Interesting Facts/ What I Love About UIC: Never have felt so loved and welcomed to a place like I have when starting residency here! Coming here with no ties, I was worried about building a community here and it really should have been the least of my worries. In the hospital, I love the focus on treating the underserved population of Chicago and the overall diversity of the patients we treat. Hospital vibes here are unmatched! Lastly, Chicago is such a dream location to be in during residency – so much to do daily after work on any given day which has made living here so much fun!
