Hobbies: Exploring Chicago (especially the expansive food & drinks scene!), reading, raising my plants, planning residency hangouts
Other Interesting Facts: I am a big fan of nature documentaries and try to visit the stingrays at the Shedd when I can!
What I love about UIC: I was drawn to UIC for its commitment to serving the people of Chicago and the variety of experiences we have in such a short period of time. I also love how much UIC loves MedPeds. So many of our faculty, both on medicine and pediatrics, are MedPeds and it really allows you to see the true breadth of what a career in MedPeds can be.
