About
Melinda Alviar is a recent Neuroscience graduate from Wellesley College and will soon be applying to MD-PhD programs. Currently, she is excited to be supporting the Jalilian Lab as a Research Specialist, investigating the molecular mechanisms and therapeutic potential of extracellular vesicles in corneal health and injury repair. As an aspiring physician scientist, Melinda hopes to apply her interests in science and medicine to advancing medical knowledge and patient care. When she is not in the lab, she enjoys playing tennis, listening to music, and trying new restaurants.
