Welcome to the human resources site for the UIC Department of Ophthalmology and Visual Sciences. It is our goal to provide you with all the information you need to start your career with us. With the department currently having more than 200 employees (clinicians, researchers, administrative and clerical staff, and students) in seven clinical sections and 15 research laboratories, we aim to provide assistance in all aspects of employment including benefits, compliance, policies and procedures, employee relations and employee development.
