Why did you choose UIC for fellowship:
UIC has all my interests combined into one: incredible caring physicians, a strong transplant hepatology program, strong support for physician scientist development, provides incredibly diverse training in both a tertiary care state safety net hospital and VA hospital, and is located in my hometown, Chicago!
