Biographical Info:
Dr. Bernice Man is a general internist and her clinical interests include chronic disease management, women’s health and health promotion. Her research work focuses on clinical interventions to address diabetes prevention in women with prior gestational diabetes and the role of the gut microbiome in the development of gestational diabetes.
Research Projects:
Dr. Bernice Man has developed and is evaluating clinical decision support tools such as personalized risk prediction and a web-based decision aid targeting at-risk women with prior gestational diabetes for diabetes prevention.
