Dr. Nan Lv’s research interests lie in developing and evaluating novel behavioral lifestyle interventions to prevent or treat chronic diseases in diverse populations. Dr. Lv had extensive training in Food Science, nutrition, precision lifestyle medicine, and quantitative analysis. She is also a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
