Why did you choose UIC for fellowship
I chose UIC for fellowship because of the excellent opportunities to gain experience in all aspects of gastroenterology and hepatology. The patient population is diverse and the faculty are kind, experienced, and passionate about teaching. In addition, I appreciate the strong focus on academic medicine and an environment that fosters learning and development.
