Computer Description
Apple products:
Currently, we cannot provide Apple equipment quotes. Please contact the UIC Tech Center at techcenter@uic.edu for a price quote. Once purchased, you can contact us via the ticketing system so we can configure and install the equipment for you.
Windows computers:
The Department of Medicine uses Dell equipment. As such, we only recommend the purchase of Dell products. Click here for the current shop catalog.
Non Dell Products:
We support other computer brands on a “best-effort” basis. If the non-Dell equipment fails, we will troubleshoot to the best of our ability. However, if it requires hardware repairs, we may need to return it to you so you can work with the manufacturer to make repairs.
