About
Dr. Fox completed her Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Virginia - School of Medicine in May 2016. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cell Biology and Neuroscience from Rutgers University, Magna Cum Laude.
Dr. Fox's extensive training includes:
- Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship at Oregon Health & Science University (anticipated graduation June 2024).
- Toxicology Fellowship at Atrium Health’s Carolinas Medical Center (2019-2021).
- Pediatrics Residency at Jacobi Medical Center (2016-2019).
Dr. Fox has served as a Toxicology Instructor at Oregon Health & Science University, focusing her research on pediatric toxicology, including ultrasound diagnostics and poisoning management. She has published widely, including a notable study on platelet mitochondrial dysfunction in the Journal of Medical Toxicology.
Dr. Fox received the ACMT Early Career Investigator Award in 2021 and has been recognized for her excellence in medical student teaching.
Dr. Fox is dedicated to education. She has delivered numerous lectures on pediatric toxicology and other topics and presented at key conferences, including the American College of Medical Toxicology Annual Scientific Meeting.
