Postdoctoral Position Available Heading link

The Mehta Lab is seeking energetic and highly motivated individuals to immediately fill postdoc positions.

Our research is focused on vascular injury and repair using genetically altered mice models (see Tauseef et al JEM 2012; Knezevic et al JEM 2009; Chava et al Blood 2012; Rayees et al Cell. Report) with an interest in expanding into transcriptomics, metabolism, structural modeling and drug discovery. Our works incorporates a range of approaches including molecular signaling, live cell imaging, FACS analysis and scRNAseq/ATACseq and gene delivery.

  • Experience with FACS, cellular imaging and signaling, mouse models of lung injury and drug therapeutics is highly preferred.
  • Send your resume and contact references as pdf to: dmehta@uic.edu.
