Eric Swirsky, JD, MA is a clinical associate professor, director of graduate studies, and PhD program director in the College of Applied Health Sciences, Department of Biomedical and Health Information Sciences at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). Eric also serves as preceptor for the ethics rotation in the clinical informatics fellowship program and teaches in
the health humanities curriculum in the UIC College of Medicine. Eric’s research interests include moral distress in health professions education; vaccine hesitancy in care givers, and the ethical milieu of healthcare technology.
