Apply to Patient-centered Medicine Scholars Program
There are three applications for this program.
M1 Application Heading link
All incoming M1s are eligible to apply to the PCM Program by completing the Program application. A faculty selection committee will review applications and make final selections. Priority will be given to students who have demonstrated social responsibility and commitment to service and patient welfare.
To complete the application, you will be asked to submit the following items electronically:
- 2024-2025 Application Form
- A brief (1- 2 pages) statement describing “Why I want to be a PCM Scholar.”
- Current Curriculum Vitae
Please assemble all application materials into a single pdf document and submit electronically to PCMProgram@uic.edu. You can also send any questions you might have to this email address.

Applications must be received by June 28, 2024.

M4 Interprofessional Approaches to Health Disparities Application Heading link
