Fellowship Programs The Department of Family and Community Medicine offers four fellowship programs. Fellowship options Copy link Academic Career Fellowship A 1-year fellowship program, with an optional second year, designed to prepare a physician for a successful career in academic medicine. Clinical Informatics Fellowship A two-year training program that is open to graduates of any ACGME, RCPSC or CFPC-accredited residency programs across all fields of medicine. Sports Medicine Fellowship During this 1 year program, fellows rotate with sports medicine physiatrists, sports medicine orthopedists, and two family medicine doctors for a wide breadth of experience. Medicine-Geriatrics Pathway Fellowship A 4-year combined residency and fellowship program for Family Medicine Residents seeking to be dually board certified in Family Medicine and Geriatrics
