The UIC Woman’s Heath Research Day features research related to woman’s health and sex & gender differences in the topic area. The event includes presentations by two keynote speakers followed by oral presentations of the top two abstracts and by the poster session.

The Center for Research on Women and Gender, the Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (BIRCWH) Program, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the University of Illinois Cancer Center are pleased to announce the 6th Annual UIC Women’s Health Research Day.
Call for Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations
Students, fellows, staff, and faculty are invited to submit an abstract on their basic, clinical or translational research in women’s health or sex- or gender medicine. The top two abstracts will be selected for brief (5-minute) oral presentations and will be awarded $200. Others will participate in poster presentations that will be judged. First and second place prizes for the poster session will be awarded in the student and the faculty categories.
Abstract deadline: Wednesday, April 3.
