Pauline Maki, co-PI of the BIRCWH Program featured in New York Times Article on Menopause
Dr. Pauline Maki is featured in a New York Times article entitled “Women Have Been Misled About Menopause.” The article details current research on menopause. Dr Maki’s research on hot flashes and cognitive decline in women is cited in conjunction with a paper she has published relating to hot flashes and their correlation to damage to small vessels in the brain.
