Download iCal FileThe UIC Building Interdisciplinary Research Careers in Women’s Health (BIRCWH) Program, UIC Center for Research on Women and Gender, and UIC Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in partnership with UIC Maternal Health Research Center are pleased to announce the: 7th Annual UIC Women’s Health Research Day.
The UIC Women’s Health Research Day features research related to women’s health and sex & gender differences in these topic areas. The event includes presentations by two keynote speakers followed by oral presentations of the top two abstracts and by the poster session.
Call for Abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations
UIC students, fellows, staff, and faculty are invited to submit an abstract on their basic, clinical or translational research in women’s health or sex- or gender medicine. Abstracts presented at other international, national, and local meetings within the past year are welcome.
The top two abstracts will be selected for brief (5-minute) oral presentations and will be awarded prizes. The other abstracts will participate in judged poster presentations. The abstracts selected for oral presentations and the top two scoring posters will be awarded prizes.
Food will be provided.
