Dr. Chaudhry currently serves as an assistant professor here in the UIC Department of Neurology & Rehabilitation. He graduated from Allama Iqbal Medical College in Pakistan and thereafter, completed both his Neurology Residency training and sub-specialty training in Vascular Neurology (Stroke) at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. He then went on to finish sub-specialty training in Neurocritical Care at the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio in 2015. He is double board-certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology and also board eligible in Neurocritical Care.
Dr. Chaudhry has a strong interest in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows. He has also published multiple manuscripts in several peer reviewed journals as well as contributed to book chapters. Dr. Chaudhry is an active member in professional societies including the American Academy of Neurology (AAN), Neurocritical Care Society (NCS), and International Union of Angiology (IUA).
