Does your department already work with us and you need assistance?
All requests for service are done via the RT (Request Tracker) System. These include: computer problems, network problems, questions related to IT, requests to purchase equipment, and any other service we offer. Please submit your own tickets to the system so we can correspond with you directly.
To submit a ticket, send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org – You may cc: other people who will be added to the ticket. You can attach files (.pdf, MS Office files, images) to the e-mail so long as they are less than 1MB.
Please include as much detailed information as possible to help us solve the issue. This would include the text of any error messages you receive. Just do your best to provide us with helpful information.
We will generally:
- ask follow up question(s),
- request to connect to your computer remotely, or
- try to find a time that’s best to come visit
