About
I am a Dallas, TX native who grow up in Oklahoma from childhood to current. I am passionate about population health and excited to be working in Family Medicine at UIC, the best specialty that is imperative to shifting away from reactive medicine to preventive medicine. I have a strong desire to address disparities that exist within Women’s health and pregnancy outcomes for women of color. I also desire to improve mental health assessment and management within communities of color. There’s so much work to be done, and I’m encouraged to get the quality training needed to be impactful, here at UIC.
