We have shown that GPCRs are a new target in overcoming acquired drug resistance in highly heterogenous NSCLC (Soucheray et al. Cancer Research 2015 and Becker et al. Cancer Research 2019, and Pulido et al. Cancer Research 2020). The postdoctoral fellow will study the molecular biology of GPCR and drug resistance using a variety of preclinical models including patient-derived materials, cancer cell lines, and genetically engineered mouse models (GEMM).
