The Department of Radiology is pleased to announce that Dr. Lna Malkawi has joined the Neuroradiology Division.
Introduction
Dr. Malkawi completed a Body Imaging Fellowship at McGovern Medical School – UTHealth in Houston and a Neuroradiology Fellowship at the University of Colorado. She trained in Diagnostic Radiology and Nuclear Medicine at the University of Jordan, where she also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Malkawi has authored numerous publications, including work in the American Journal of Roentgenology, contributed book chapters, and holds an international patent.
Outside of her professional work, Dr. Malkawi is passionate about academic teaching. Her academic interests include artificial intelligence applications in radiology and advancing global research collaborations.
