Congratulations to Dr. Renata Mukai and Dr. Rachel Harrison
Introduction
Congratulations to our outstanding resident, Dr. Renata Mukai, along with her co-authors and mentor, Dr. Rachel Harrison, on their clinically impactful presentation at the 73rd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Society for Reproductive Investigation (Puerto Rico, March 24–28, 2026). Their work was exceptionally well received, highlighting an important clinical insight: in pregnancies complicated by preeclampsia and fetal growth restriction with abnormal Doppler findings, the indication for delivery is most often driven by fetal status rather than maternal factors.
