Welcome Interns!
Introduction
The Dissemination & Implementation Science Summer Program in Chicago (D&I in CHI) is a 10-week internship designed to provide undergraduate and postbaccalaureate students with hands-on research experience and mentorship in the growing field of Dissemination & Implementation (D&I) science. This program, hosted by the Center for Dissemination and Implementation Science (CDIS) at UIC and Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine (LCH/NU), aims to bridge the gap in D&I workforce expertise and prepare the next generation of public health leaders. This summer, we are pleased to welcome 20 new interns, who will be supporting faculty at UIC’s CDIS and LCH/NU throughout the summer.
