Mardin Shinoo joins SAIL as Project Coordinator for Technology-Based Simulation. He is an experienced professional in simulation, healthcare, and higher education, with a background that spans academic, clinical, and administrative settings. His career includes leadership roles at the University of Chicago, Shirley Ryan Ability Lab, and North Park University, where he developed expertise in simulation coordination, program management, and team leadership.
Mardin holds both an MBA and a BA in Biology from North Park University. He is committed to building engaging simulation experiences that develop learner confidence and practical skills, and he looks forward to collaborating with the SAIL team. Outside of work, he enjoys collecting vinyl records and discovering new music.
