Join us for an immersive 4.5 day workshop to take a deep dive into leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) to advance your research agenda in health professions education (HPE). Whether you are an educator, researcher, graduate student, administrator, and/or health professional, this workshop will equip you with the essential skills to develop, integrate, and evaluate AI tools in your HPE scholarship!
Led by internationally recognized faculty, participants will:
- Build skills to develop and evaluate AI tools across educational domains: assessment, teaching/learning, simulation, program evaluation, and quality improvement.
- Engage in interactive sessions to explore AI-enhanced methods including: knowledge synthesis, qualitative analysis, information retrieval, predictive modeling, virtual patients, and automated feedback.
- Collaborate with peers and experts to advance your own research ideas/projects with AI, and develop frameworks for ensuring trustworthy and ethical AI use.
What to Expect
While each day will be slightly different, each day is designed to maximize your learning and professional growth, offering a blend of didactic sessions, engaging small-group discussion and work, and one-on-one opportunities to meet with faculty. Our day will typically begin at 8:30 AM and end around 4:30 PM.
Registration Details
Registration includes all materials, coffee breaks, lunches, and a team dinner. Registration is limited to 24 participants to ensure hands-on time with expert faculty.
- $2,900 with early bird registration before July 15, 2026
- $3,200 with registration after July 15, 2026
- The deadline for registration is September 14, 2026
