Larry Tobacman, MD, Senior Associate Dean for Research in the College of Medicine, has been named Chair of the Search Committee for a new Ophthalmology Department Head.
Dimitri Azar, MD, MBA, Dean of the College of Medicine made the announcement today, December 16, 2011.
“Dr. Tobacman brings outstanding credentials and experience to the search,” stated Dr. Azar. “Our goal is to attract a leader in ophthalmology who will embrace our mission of excellence in education, research and patient care.”
