About
Jacob was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and has lived in Columbus, OH; Lexington, KY; and Nashville, TN. He specializes in health promotion and disease prevention along with acute and chronic disease management. He cares deeply about health equity and feels joining a patient on their healthcare journey, wherever they are on it, is its own reward. In his spare time, he enjoys indoor plant care, dried flower arrangements, attending drag shows, and playing Pokemon GO.
