Tanya is a senior at the University of Illinois at Chicago studying Integrated Health Studies with a minor in Biological Sciences on the pre-med track. In the Vitality Lab, she conducts patient interviews to explore both physical and behavioral health needs among cancer survivors in primary care. She plans to pursue family medicine and is especially interested in how patient-centered research can improve access and care coordination in clinical settings.
