About
I grew up in Denver, Colorado and went to the University of Michigan (GO BLUE) to study Biology, Health, and Society. I discovered my passion for reproductive health during undergrad and received a minor in Women’s Health. After graduation, I worked as a Maternal Child Health Care Coordinator at an FQHC in Chicago. That work inspired my combined interests in Family medicine, underserved community medicine, and reproductive health. I moved to Philadelphia to attend Lewis Katz School of Medicine. I pursued both an MD and a Master’s in Urban Bioethics to better understand the barriers patients face in navigating the health care system in an urban environment. Outside of work, I love exploring the Chicago neighborhoods and try new restaurants each week. I enjoy travel, reading, participating in and watching sports, and hanging out with friends and family.
