After several years as a video producer and documentary filmmaker, Brendan returned to Northwestern University to complete the pre-requisites for medical school. During this time, he worked as a Research Assistant in Northwestern’s Department of Preventive Medicine where he developed a passion for exercise medicine and post-treatment care for cancer survivors. As a current medical student at UIC, he hopes to merge these interests in his future practice.
