This Lunch & Learn will review the end-to-end process of practitioner onboarding and orientation within the hospital setting. The session will focus on the administrative checklist, required documentation, system enrollments, and coordination steps needed to ensure new physicians are fully prepared, compliant, and ready to practice on day one. Emphasis will be placed on clarity, timelines, and shared accountability across departments.
