Career development is a process of self-assessment, career exploration, career-decision making, and implementation. To assist students in this process, we have excellent resources including Assistant Directors of Student Development, Faculty Mentors, Faculty Advisors, Alumni, the Career Development Series, student interest groups, and chapters of professional organizations and more.
Planning your career, and getting the residency position of choice is an active, dynamic process. The key to success is to start early in terms of self assessment and career exploration.
