IEEI retina specialist Dr. William Mieler elected to lead vision research organization
At the annual meeting of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) in May, William Mieler, MD was named president-elect and will serve the 2014-2015 term.
ARVO is the largest eye and vision research organization in the world. Dr. Mieler currently serves as the ARVO retina section trustee and has served the American Board of Medical Specialties on a number of committees.
