I have been the Executive Director for the Midwest AIDS Training + Education Center (MATEC) sin 2014 and have worked at the Center since 2003. Before I became MATEC’s Executive Director, I directed the planning and implementation of MATEC programs in Illinois for 11 years. In the previous 16 years, I worked in HIV/AIDS prevention with a special interest in HIV/AIDS prevention interventions in Latinx communities.
