Dr. Tomyanovich is board certified in neurology with added qualifications in clinical neurophysiology and she currently serves as an associate professor in the UIC Department of Neurology & Rehabilitation and assists with EMG patient care. Some of her notable achievements have included serving both as the national president of Veterans Affairs neurologists and a member of the JBVA Research & Development Committee. In addition, she previously held the Chief of Neurology Service position at JBVA as well as the Chairperson of the National VA Neurology Field Advisory Committee.
Dr. Tomyanovich received her undergraduate degree in Nursing from UIC and then her medical degree from RUSH Medical College. She then completed both her neurology residency, as well post-graduate education, at RUSH University Medical Center
