Margaret B. Czart

Margaret Czart is a Doctoral Candidate at the University of Illinois at
Chicago (UIC) School of Public Health. At present, she holds the post of
Research Information Specialist within the Distant Medical Education
Office at UIC’s College of Medicine. Her duties include the Readiness for
Residency Online Survey Project for medical residents and program
directors, curriculum evaluation surveys for alumni, database management,
and administrative/technical resolution. In addition, she assists in
managing the Graduate Medical Education (GME) Core Curriculum Program and
other Second Life virtual world standardized patient projects.
During the 2005 academic year, she completed a Fulbright Grant with the
National Institute of Hygiene in Warsaw, Poland. In 2004, she was a member
of the first graduating class of the University of Illinois at Chicago
School of Public Health Online Informatics Program. Prior to graduate
studies, she was employed as a Project Coordinator for a youth substance
use and abuse initiative within the Institute for Health Research and
Policy (formerly, Health Research and Policy Centers) at University of
Illinois at Chicago.
