I am a born and raised Chicagoan, hailing from the Austin community. I attended the University of Chicago for undergrad where I studied Comparative Human Development, and I hopped over to Rockford, IL for medical school at UI at Rockford. I chose UIC FM residency because of the opportunities to work with underserved populations, extensive emphasis on women’s health, and the strong sense of community between residents, attendings, and staff. In my spare time I love to watch movies, dance, eat, and spend time with my wonderful fiancé 🙂
