With a background in education and performance, Edward started at SAIL as a Standardized Patient in 2008, learning many different aspects of SP and Simulation work. Over time he became a practical instructor, assessing and teaching a number of workshops on physical exam and inter-professional communication skills. In 2010 he was asked to join the management team and help to maintain the operation of the center until a new Center Manager was found. Currently Edward works in the management and operations side of the center, but still works in the educational aspects as much as he can.
