Prior to Your Visit
To assure optimal patient care, we ask that pertinent medical records, radiology and pathology reports, and current medication lists be sent or faxed to our office prior to your patient’s visit. Radiographs and biopsy material for review may also be sent to the following address:

Our clinic is located in the Outpatient Care Center at the University of Illinois Hospital. We have state-of-the-art endoscopy, radiology, and surgical suites, as well as two specialized, comfortable research clinics where patients are seen during participation in clinical trials. For patients referred from outside Chicago, we assist with reserving accommodations either on campus or nearby our campus for the convenience of our patients.
