Research
Residents will complete a research project during their residency to be presented at the end of the third year at the much anticipated Resident Research Day.
Prior to presenting, residents receive support and mentoring by way of a faculty mentor & Research Mentoring Group. Additionally, residents have protected research time during the third year, four week research elective. The goals of the resident research project are to teach residents the process of research and to give them the tools to critically read and apply research to patient care during residency and beyond.
