Why UIC for fellowship
The diverse patient population and autonomy provided to trainees makes UIC a fantastic place to train. In addition, the department faculty are very supportive and it was here at UIC where my interest in hepatology first developed. I am excited to take the first steps in my career as a budding gastroenterologist right here at UIC.
