Sarah is the Clinical Research Coordinator in the Division of Academic Internal Medicine and provides support for all research projects in the Division. She also coordinates and supports research recruitment efforts in the Academic Internal Medicine clinics. Previously, Sarah served as Assistant Director of the University of Illinois Cancer Center’s Diet and Behavior Shared Resource. Sarah is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and currently serves as President of the Chicago Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is active in nutrition related public policy and serves as the State Policy Representative for the Illinois Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2017 Sarah was recognized with the Emerging Dietetic Leader award by the Illinois Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics for her outstanding work in the dietetic profession.
