Access to University of Illinois (UIC) College of Medicine computing resources (“SYSTEMS”) is restricted to authorized persons. By accessing these systems, you agree to adhere to all applicable portions of the UIC Information Technology Security Program as determined by the College of Medicine University Information Security Officer (UISO) and agree to comply with all terms of use and conditions as interpreted by the UISO as well as applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
