Dr. Anne Boullerne (Assistant Research Professor) just published a commentary in Lancet Neurology. The article describes the identification of Marie Elisabethe Luc, the first Multiple Sclerosis patient diagnosed by Jean-Marie Charcot, and which led to the systematic classification (nosology) of ‘Sclerose en plaques’ published in 1868.
