Activate your UIC NetID, create accounts, manage passwords and email, voicemail and SMS notifications. Please note that if you are unable to or have not yet activated your UIC NetID, please contact HR for further assistance. This guide assumes that you have created your NetID.
Check NetID password and Duo two-factor setup:

If you have issues with your password or Duo two-factor authentication, please use this option first to ensure that your password is set up correctly. Technology Services will provide assistance over the phone by calling (312) 413-0003.
Synchronize UIC Password:

If you can login to some UIC systems but not others, syncing your UIC password is recommended. Remember to enter the exact same password.
Log on to UIC Exchange via Web-based Outlook:
http://outlook.uic.edu/
UIC used Microsoft Exchange for email. You may access email via this website, or the Outlook App. Outlook is the only supported application for UIC Exchange.
Create UIC Box account at Cloud Dashboard:

Please visit the Cloud Dashboard to create your Box account. Log in and click the Account Status button on the right to “On.” It takes a few seconds.
