The UIC Queers & Allies (Q&A) in medicine promotes the acceptance of LGBT students, faculty and staff through education and discussion of LGBT health issues and rights. In addition to being an educational and social resource, Q&A promotes social support and visibility to LGBTand ally students, faculty, and staff.
