Purpose:  The purpose of this activity is to expose attending physicians in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology to the latest developments in each of the four divisions, as well as the national and international advances in evidence-based medicine.

Intended Audience:  Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians and other interested health professionals

Grand Round Objectives:  

  1. Identify the indications and contraindications for new modalities in the diagnosis and treatment of OB/GYN conditions presented
  2. Formulate the differential diagnosis on OB/GYN conditions presented at each session
  3. Describe new management and prevention strategies used in OB/GYN for selected medical problems and types of patients
  4. Discuss new developments and/or techniques being used in current scientific research
