GRAHAM CLINICAL PERFORMANCE CENTER
The Alan L. and Mary L. Graham Clincal Performance Center at UIC helps educators in the health professions improve clinical performance by using simulated clinical encounters for training, assessment, quality improvement, and research. Simulated clinical encounters are especially powerful for teaching and assessing communication and interpersonal skills, attitudes, and procedural skills.

HISPANIC CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
The mission of the Hispanic Center of Excellence is to increase the capacity of College of Medicine to admit and graduate a greater number of Latino physicians; to promote the recruitment and development of Latino and other minority faculty; to foster faculty and student research on minority health issues; and to expand curricular opportunities that address the health care needs of underserved minority communities.

e LEARNING / DISTANCE EDUCATION SERVICES
Technology enhanced learning methodologies help College of Medicine faculty provide active learning experiences for all students whether located on campus or across the globe. The DME Distance Education Office at UIC has been a leader in the eLearning field since 1999. Services include assistance in designing instructional activities, setting up classes in various course management platforms, enrolling participants in university systems, course management, multimedia services, and student support services. Ground breaking work is being done in fields such as simulation and virtual learning environments.

TESTING SERVICES
Testing Services at the University of Illinois—Chicago, College of Medicine is responsible for many areas of assessment. Among these are the processes of Progress Exam test production, administration and scoring for the first (M-1) and second (M-2) year medical students. The Blueprints pages show the examination components, number of items per examination, and examination dates. Those pages are currently under construction and are not yet available.
